Q: What project are you most excited about right now and why?
‍

"I am most excited about our upcoming work with the Kuahiwi a Kai: Lānaʻi Watershed Conservation Program.

We will be helping in the beginning stages of projects and aim to conserve and restore 20,000 contiguous acres of land in a true "mauka to makai" strategy on Lānaʻi."

Q: What challenges have you faced in your career, and how did you overcome them?

"Learning to be patient in the work of conservation and restoration by believing that next generations will build upon and improve the work we are doing."

Q: What have been some of the most important lessons you’ve learned throughout your career?

"Establishing human relationships is essential for making progress in any ecological or natural resource related work."
